The order does not include non-cancellable items, such as customized or perishable products.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If the cancellation request is approved before the order is shipped, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days.
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return in accordance with our Return Policy.

Non-Cancellable Orders
